Floor Talk with The Red Dress Creator Kirstie Macleod
The Red Dress is a 14-year, award-winning global, collaborative embroidery project, conceived by British artist Kirstie Macleod. It provides an artistic platform for individuals, particularly women, and communities around the world, many of whom are vulnerable and/or live in poverty, to tell their stories through embroidery. Kirstie will be a very special guest at Warwick Art Gallery for a Q and A about this incredible project.

The Pink Tree
The beloved Pepperina Tree in the garden between Warwick Art Gallery and Warwick Library is yarnbombed each year IN PINK! Every year the Warwick Art Gallery team add a different element, and it has become a ritual to snap a selfie or grab a group photo with this colourful annaul tradition. Look at also for the amazing pillar wraps made many years ago by one volunteer with her knitting machine.
