Dr David Akenson is a researcher, artist and educator with over 25 years experience in the field. His research is centred on the intersection of art and social life, with a particular focus on how audiences engage with the creative arts. He has published on Kantian aesthetics, art studio practice and ethical practice. In this lecture he will reference the work of three University of Southern Queensland students who engage with nature in their art practice
